Statement
Due to my medical professionals’ lack of knowledge and experience in order to sexually educate me on sex after my spinal cord injury, I had to take matters into my own hands and research it myself. At the time (2009) there was little to no imagery or content that involved disability and sexuality. Therefore, I decided to make the images I wanted to see in the world. I explore the intersections of disability and sexuality as a gay male in today society with themes of inter-abled relationships, caregiving, fetish, and sex to name a few. I will continue to explore these themes as my disabled body ages and I am starting to explore other disabled bodies and their relationship to sexuality.
